This high-quality, premium IQF Mozzarella is 100% pure and fresh dairy mozzarella. It comes packed in a handy cubetti and julienne format for ease of use. It carries no starch, which prevents the cheese from burning whilst also giving it a superior taste and eating experience. Furthermore, no starch means fewer calories giving significant benefits and opportunities back to caterers who may be health conscious for their customers! It is also available with vegetable oil blend.
The IQF Mozzarella is individually quick frozen to lock in the highest quality in taste, freshness, texture and shape. It’s made through a unique and dynamic production process for the ultimate pizza experience and comes packed in bags of 2kg with a shelf-life of 18 months, in top notch, highly durable packaging.
