Cheese grading is our skill. David and Kevin are never happier than with their grading irons by their side and need no second bidding. From generic mild, to exquisite expensive vintages, we literally go to the cheese and grade it on our quest to deliver the right products for our customers.
And our customers have many different needs. One size does not fit all. Flavour profiling to meet different briefs is what we do every day and this selection process is a real art. Our ‘grading and selection’ service forms bedrock of our business. Furthermore, it’s all about delivering the right product at the right price.
