Our story started in 2018 when ‘cheese-maestros’, David Evans and Kevin Beer, joined forces to create the Millbrook Dairy Company.

The magic of Millbrook stems from their decades of experience working in the industry and the unique relationships they have created.

Indeed, it’s David and Kevin’s’ deep-rooted knowledge of consumer trends, retail needs, flavour profiles, production methods and formats that have all combined to become a powerful force, giving us that unrivalled knowledge that sets us apart in our field. Millbrook Dairy’s connections and goodwill spreads right across the world.

David and Kevin know only too well how important it is to deliver cost effective, personalized solutions that meet the highest international standards, whilst successfully navigating imports and exports with Brexit as a backdrop.
