Bulk Cheese

Sourcing large volumes of cheese from the UK, Ireland and around the world may sound easy.  It isn’t!  At least, not if you want to be assured of the consistency of profile, quality, and value.  

That’s why every consignment of cheese that we buy, is carefully graded to our customers’ specification.  Whether, white cheddar, coloured cheddar, from curd to vintage, from creamery to artisan, all our cheeses are sourced from BRC/GFSI suppliers, guaranteeing quality, consistency and provenance. 

We can supply full 24t truck loads, individual pallets of bulk products. We have the supply chain capability to pick mixed pallets of packed products for multiple drops across the UK.

Our products include:  White or Coloured Cheddar, Red Leicester or Double Gloucester, Wensleydale, Cheshire, Reduced Fat, High Protein, Gouda, Edam, Mozzarella, Smoked, blended, waxed, prepacked and deli, we supply all these varieties and formats, and much more.
