Cheddar fit for a King

NEW in dairy and taking the market by storm is premium quality Scottish Cheddar, 1057, from Millbrook Dairy.

Made only from Scottish milk from cows that graze the Scottish’ Highlands and Lowlands, 1057 is named after King McBeth, who was slain on the Aberdeenshire battlefield near Lumphanan in 1057.

Described as ‘deliciously Scottish’, 1057 is hand selected by expert cheese graders – who have sourced the very best cheddar that Scotland has to offer.

1057 has a delicious profile – it’s based on the right firmness whilst being ‘open’ enough to give the rugged, crumbly textures that consumers love. This cheddar is perfect for cooking, baking, and makes a stunning addition to any cheese board, especially at Christmas. It pairs unusually well with a slice of Christmas cake too!
